Atty. Chat Seki  is a lawyer with expertise in commercial law, specifically construction law, and in civil and family law.  She has had years of executive experience as In-House Counsel 社内弁護士 in two world leading general contractors  – the Japanese Shimizu Corporation 清水建設 and Australian Leighton Contractors. She has also done policy work at the Senate of the Philippines (Office of then Senator Orlando Mercado) and the Department of Health (Office of then Secretary Juan Flavier).  In Japan, she continues to assist Filipinos and Japanese clients as a legal consultant, and volunteers for non-profits.

A graduate of the prestigious College of Law of the University of the Philippines, she is well connected with up and coming leaders  in the Philippine legal community.

She has been living in Hiroshima for over 15 years and works with a  network of Japanese consultants for immigration and business matters related to Japan.  She speaks English, Filipino and Japanese.
